Programs

Nutrition Program

  • We provide fruits and vegetables to more than 300 families, and when appropriate, grocery bags with basic necessities.
  • We provide our children with over 1,000 meals of breakfast, lunch and nutritious snacks.
  • We have provided Ecofiltros to families so that they have access to purified water.
  • Monthly we distribute 400 water drums so that our children have purified water in their homes.
  • During the year we celebrate special days such as Family Day, Mother's Day or Christmas Dinner, where we gather with families to create memorable moments.

Education Program

  • Our school reinforcement program, Big Brother, has 3 support points, 2 in zone 18 and 1 in Piedra Parada. We provide children with Internet access, computers, printers, materials, school supplies and a mentor, everything they need to improve their education.
  • Currently more than 80 children receive these tutorials through which we directly support single mothers' homes.
  • Due to the current situation, the use of technology is vital for the children to receive their virtual classes, so we provide them with access to equipment and Internet connection.
  • At our headquarters we have multimedia classes.

Christian Education Program

  • The spiritual formation of children is very important for their growth and development, that is why in Go Guatemala we teach the principles and values that form good citizens through the Word of God.
  • We use technology for children to learn through videos.

Leadership Program

  • We believe that God has a plan for each child and in our leadership program we empower and direct children and adolescents to find their leadership and develop their potential.
  • We have regular meetings with the mothers to affirm these processes where each child will find their powerful destiny for which they were created.
  • In this program we also provide entrepreneurship teachings.

Parents' school

  • Most of our children and adolescents are part of a dysfunctional family, so we believe it is important to strengthen mothers, grandmothers or fathers through teachings of personal finance, unity, faith and comprehensive content for a better life.
  • We also strengthen entrepreneurship in families.
